Scarce Dutch work on ornamentall shrubs and trees, with splendid, highly finished
plates, showing details as fruits, flowers, branches, seeds, etc. The work
was orginally published in 21 parts, each containing 6 plates, but
publication was discontinued because of insufficient sales. The author
(1759-1826) was a German-born professor of medicine at Leiden.
